[Weekly meal prep] Chicken parm

If u're a student who has to live on budget or a full-time worker who doesnt have time for cooking on a daily basis, you might be familiar with "meal prep". I often prepare meals for the whole week on the previous weekend so I dont have to spend much time cooking everyday (even tho I would love to) and more importantly, to save money. Each meal would just cost me 2-3 dollars if I do meal prep.
So this week I chose to make the cheesy hotty chicken parm because I bought a quick-sale box of chicken thigh fillets from supermarket ($5 for 1kg, 12 pcs of fillets). And it took me under 30 mins to cook this.

Ingredients:
Chicken fillets (breast, thigh, your choice)
1 can of tomato sauce (just the pasta sauce, any brand u can get)
Fresh basil leaves (optional, u can use dry herbs or mint leaves)
CHEESE (heaps of cheese, I used shredded mozzarella and cheddar, u can use whichever u like)
Salt and pepper
Making:
1. Spread 1 layer of tomato sauce onto the baking tray.
2. Lay out all the fatty pieces of chicken, sprinkle salt n pepper n herbs. If you use fresh leaves, put each leave on top of each piece of chicken. This will make the dish super fragrant.
3. Another layer of tomato sauce.
4. Cheese cheese and cheese!!! I even stuffed some cheese inside the chicken.
5. Bake in the oven (190•C, 30 mins) (make sure to pre-heat the oven).
And that's all, u can cook rice or pasta or salad in the meantime. This cheese, tender, sweet and sour chicken parm can go with everything, so you wont get bored of eating the same dish everyday. Switch up the menus with rice, fried rice, pasta, salad, etc.
